1" Standing Seam Panel
This is a completed 1" standing seam panel. The following illustrations and steps will describe how to form this detail on a brake. |

Step 1 :
Place the metal on the brake with the colored side facing up. Leave 3/8" on the apron. Bend the apron up 90 degrees and release.

Step 2 :
Pull the material out another 1-1/16" and clamp down. Bend the apron 90 degrees and release.

|
Step 3 :
Pull the panel out, flip it over and insert so the colored side is face down on the brake. Now leave 3/8" of the other end sticking out on the apron. Clamp down, bend 90 degrees and release.

Step 4 :
Pull the panel out another 1/2" and clamp down. Bend the apron 90 degrees and release.

Step 5 :
Now the final bend can be made. Flip the panel over
