Double Lock forming roll setup - Standard
The ESE K9 Power Seamer comes from the factory set to form a double lock standing seam. The image displays the forming roll setup for a double lock standing seam in one pass. In order to do a single (fascia) lock with the K9 seamer optional rolls must be installed to replace R3 and R4.
NOTE: unlike the ESE K9 Single Lock Power Seamer, a converted Double Lock can only travel in one direction on the roof.
Single Lock forming roll setup - Optional
This image shows the forming rolls required to form a single lock standing seam. When two additional R2's are installed in place of R3 and R4 the result will be a single lock.
