Bullard company was established in 1979 by founder Mark Bullard. This came after three years of trade school and an apprenticeship doing restorative work on old homes in southwest Philadelphia. He brings this hands on craftsmanship and experience to all of his historic restoration and historic duplication jobs.

Working with slate, copper, tin, cedar and asphalt, Bullard has been using ESE hand tools in all of their projects since 1985.
